Dear Customers, we are not fixing computers here on the way you like!
At our store, we approach computer repairs differently. Rather than fixing your computer exactly the way you may expect, we follow a specific process. First, we will determine if your computer has a hardware or software issue.

Hardware Problems: If it's a hardware issue, we will provide you with a solution for repair.

Software Problems: If the problem is software-related, our solution is consistent: we will erase everything from your computer’s memory and perform a fresh installation of essential software, but only for basic tasks.
Please note, this software setup is unique to our store and will differ from what you had before.
In most cases, if you request, we can recover your personal files (documents, photos, videos) as long as they are not corrupted. However, reinstalling any of your favorite applications you may had before will not be possible.
Our software set is highly secure, with built-in protection against internet threats, and it is locked. Because of this, adding additional programs may be challenging—though not impossible—but we cannot guarantee it.
This set is for basic… When you bring your computer in, you'll always have the opportunity to try our software set before deciding on an upgrade.

( Exclusively Windows PCs and laptops )

No Support For: Phones or tablets.

If you need to hookup printer to your computer bring it here
( or at least bring a picture of printer with name and model. Not every printer will work )
